As of July 18, 2017, I have been transitioning back to a plant based lifestyle. I say, ‘back’ because I was vegan a few years ago.
I will be sharing my journey in this little space, as well as recipes, and tips. I am super excited because this time I am adding a little training to my tool kit so I can learn how to better nourish my body.
